New Hope Retreat offers: A time of refreshment, encouragement and support for women and men who have been widowed within the last three years (Exceptions are made in special situations). We offer a safe place to rest and be cared for, to share common stories and learn from one another. Here you can find help emotionally and spiritually, with practical advice that will assist you on your grief journey. Retreat and Workshop Information: We offer a relaxed atmosphere, a safe place where those who have become widowed within the last three years can come and share with others. Our day will include a session on the six grieving needs, opportunities to share, and workshops specific to the needs of the widowed. More info... Family Information For Families: We are inviting children of widowed parents. We will have limited space for young children ages 5-12 for the day. Call us for more information.
More info... We want to continue to offer a retreat setting that is comfortable for everyone. We will provide excellent, qualified supervised care for the kids, which includes finding support in their own program. Sessions are separate for children and adults.
